About the Role

You will be part of our newly formed Global collections team servicing 23 countries across the world chasing outstanding invoices.

You will be required to work in a shift of 12.30pm -09.30pm

Main Responsibilities

• Making chase calls to customers.
• Sending chase emails to customers.
• Sending out monthly statements.
• Manage the dunning process.
• Supporting customer success with putting accounts on stop.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a collections role.

Required skills and competencies

• Proficient English language skills, any other language would be an asset.
• Ability to time manage and prioritize.
• Ability to work with a segregated team in different time zones.
• Use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written/communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Service oriented.
