Stress Engineers (Optistruct)

Job Description (Analysis):

Role:

•                Understanding the client’s design and analysis requirements.

•                Giving estimates to the designer/client.

•                Developing analysis methodology based on physics of the problem.

•                Meshing the models in Hypermesh and setting decks for Optistruct.

•                Analysing the models in Optistruct.

•                Knowledge of Fatigue.

•                Good at solving convergence issues.    

Required Skills:

•                The candidate should have 4 – 8 years of hands on experience on Hypermesh/Optistruct/Fatigue tools.

•                Should have worked on Heavy equipment structural domain.

•                The candidate should be in a position to work independently with minimum guidance from the   team lead.

•                Giving estimates to the designer/client.

Desired Skills:

•                Good written and oral communication skills.

•                Experience in Rail Transportation /Automotive/Heavy Engineering.

•                Knowledge of Abaqus is desirable

Education Qualification:

·       M.E/M.Tech., in Mechanical Engineering

The candidate should work on FEA projects of Heavy Engineering machines. He should have hands experience on Optistruct / Hypermesh / Abaqus. The required experience is between 4 to 8 years.
