Testing Technician

•Candidate should have 4 to 8 years of experience

•Candidate should have hands-on experience of Test Lab set up

•Responsible for Procurement and PO releasing work for the Components, Lab Equipment’s, Tools & Jigs.

•Run Equipment and Tools test & Test method Validation.

•Support and Perform Design verification & IQ/OQ/PQ for the medical Equipment’s and V&V Lab

•Responsible for Lab Equipment Calibration and Calibration database maintenance.

•Work with team on product failure, defect management and CAPA investigation.

•Responsible for ensuring QMS conformance and ensure that the quality policy and objectives are met per organizational guideline’s.

•Prototype assemblies and Testing Activities.

•Carry out inspection activities of Proto parts.

•Custom tools part and fixture design maintenance.

•Support for Instruments/Tools and Consumable managements /Logistics tracking of parts.

•Troubleshoot equipment’s and systems, perform RCA.

•Work with External service team for Installation report and service report and other document related to technical services.

•Perform on-job medical equipment assessment repair and quality assurance checks for engineers.
