Engine Loads Engineer

Geometry Debugging: Ability to understand the 2D and 3D geometries and modify/correct them for the FE modeling using NX and other CAD softwares
- Discuss with customer for any inputs and queries on the CAD geometries to avoid any ambiguities in project planning and execution

FE Model Build: Convert the geometry files to the shell, T-shell and solid FE models as per the requirement using Hypermesh and ANSA
- Should have strong skills in generating very high quality FE models as per project/program requirements
- Possess mandatory knowledge on all the quality standards of the FE modeling with strong understanding of Engineering Judgement
- Provide proper estimations and target timelines for the projects involving FE modeling with necessary resource planning and allocations

Static & Modal Analysis in NASTRAN: Perform Modal,static and dynamic analysis using NASTRAN as per the project needs
- Carefully assess the results and provide post processed reports with engineering/technology perspective solutions for the customer
- Should have strong hand-calculation skills in Engineering Mechanics, Solid Mechanics and Rotor Dynamics

Crash/Impact Evaluations: Extensive experience in working on Crash/dynamic analysis problems using LS-Dyna for 3D/2D FE models
- Ability to handle any impact problem independently by creating input decks, and solving them using LS-Dyna solver with good debugging skills
- Possess good knowledge on SMP and MPP solvers and their use-cases
- Expertise on Post processing the output results and properly documenting them as per the problem needs for the customer.

Learning and Development: Should be able to learn the technical details of systems quickly and impart their expertise to the development of project

SME: Take active roles as SME to participate in the technical discussions in Cyient to provide suggestions and directions as and when required

Training: Always willing to train the next generation of engineers in technical and professional domains for sustained development of the team

Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior resources and interns on the tools of engineering imparting domain knowledge to perform project tasks with minimal supervision

Customer Interaction: Proactively communicate with the Onsite customers/stake holders to help with the smooth execution of the projects, building confidence in both parties

We are seeking for an experienced CAE Analyst with 6 to 8 years of experience in handling Static, Modal and Dynamic simulations using Nastran and LS-Dyna, with very strong Hypermesh Skills.
