Job Description
- Billing on Exports and DTA sales for all projects:
- Responsible for preparing and managing billing related to export sales and sales within Domestic Tariff Area (DTA).
- Handling SEZ transactions like DTA procurement, DTA Sale and Temporary removals:
- Manage transactions within SEZs, including procurement for Domestic Tariff Area (DTA), sales, and temporary removals.
- Export shipments Freight Forwarding, follow up and arrange for pick up co-ordination with PM team, SCM and CHA:
- Coordinate with the Project Management (PM) team, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Customs House Agent (CHA) to ensure smooth freight forwarding and pick-up of export shipments.
- Follow up with Customs Broker, CHA and customs for clearance till reaches at Customer place:
- Liaise with Customs Broker, CHA, and customs authorities to ensure timely clearance of shipments until they reach the customers destination.
- SEZ day to day activities \u2013 reports etc.:
- Manage daily activities within Special Economic Zones (SEZs), including preparing reports and other necessary documentation.
- ISO procedure for Exports:
- Understand and implement ISO procedures specifically related to export operations to ensure compliance and quality standards..
- Internal and external audits on exports:
- Prepare for and participate in both internal and external audits pertaining to export operations.
- Submission of bills to accounts:
- Responsible for submitting invoices and bills related to export and SEZ transactions to the accounts department.
- Communication with the SEZ Customs Authority:
- Maintain communication with SEZ Customs Authority and ensure efficient processing and approvals for transactions.
- Good knowledge in SAP & Excel:
- Proficient in using SAP software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and managing various aspects of export, likely for managing export-related processes and transactions.
