Job Description
- Should have hands on experience in Automotive Product/Part Development as STA (Supplier Technical Assistant)/SQE (Supplier Quality Engineer)
- PPAP, APQP Documentation: PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, process capability analysis, Product & Process Audit, Layout Inspection, Dimensional report analysis, Inward inspection report analysis, 5S, 7QC Tools, G8D, PDCA, Poka-Yoke, Risk Assessments.
- Quality Management Systems processes & documentation: ISO 9000 & IATF 16949
- Certified IATF 16949 internal auditor.
- Lean & Six sigma.
- Rejection & Warranty cost analysis.
- Tool, Jigs & Fixtures inspection & buy off process.
- Experience of Quality Audits of OEMs & supplier audits.
- Should have data analysis skills to reduce number of tests carried out on certain part.
- Should have experience in various commodity parts e.g. Sheet Metal, Plastic, Foam, Fabric, Vinyl.
- Should be familiar with usage of quality instruments handling.
- Candidate with knowledge of Minitab, Catia, UG software is preferred.
- Excellent command over MS office tools, communication & presentation skills.
