2. Organizing Board and General Meetings, FEMA compliances,

Liaising with the Statutory and Secretarial auditors, various agreements, Incorporation, Compliance Monitoring System, Secretarial Compliances for entities abroad and MIS Reporting and adhering to and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relating to various works under all applicable laws.
