Good knowledge in servers, AD, GPU, Event logs, Server Migration, FSMO 3cx phone system, Rules, Trunks, Sbc, call flow, Phone Provisioning

Cloud Technologies Azure & AWS

Preferred Tools- Connectwise Automate/manage, sophos Firewall, Microsoft 365, 3CX
