Demo teacher

• Engaging Demos: Conduct compelling and informative demo sessions for parents, tailored to the specific rade level. Your goal is to ensure parents feel confident in their decision to enroll their child by showcasing our educational offerings.
• Effective Communication: Exhibit excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly articulate concepts and engage with parents, students, and colleagues.
• Pedagogical Expertise: Leverage your teaching experience to present academic content in a way that is both accessible and inspiring. Your approach should foster a deep understanding and interest in the subject matter.
• Tech-Savvy Instruction: Utilize technology to enhance demo sessions and maintain accurate, up-to-date records. You should be comfortable navigating online platforms and tools to support your teaching and counseling activities.
• Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to monitor and improve call quality, ensuring that academic information is accurately communicated to potential clients.Provide feedback and guidance to enhance the overall effectiveness of sales calls.
• Feedback & Coaching: Play a crucial role in closing the feedback loop with employees by offering constructive criticism and guidance. Your goal is to help the team achieve excellence in their interactions with clients.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of all demo sessions, parent interactions, and employee feedback. Ensure that all documentation is accurate and easily accessible for future reference.

• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in teaching, preferably in a digital or blended learning environment.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and inspire both parents and students.
• Strong pedagogical skills with a proven ability to deliver content effectively.
• Proficiency in using technology to support educational activities and record-keeping.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with the sales team and other departments.
• Shift Timing: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm or 10:00 AM - 7:00 pm (flexible based on requirements).
• 6 Days Working
