We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life through engaging visuals across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, events, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, the ability to think creatively, and a proactive approach to conceptualizing unique visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, brochures, banners, emailers, and other marketing materials.
Conceptualize and design marketing event-related graphics, including invitations, standees, backdrops, booth designs, etc.
Develop infographics, carousels, and creative posts that align with content marketing goals.
Work closely with the marketing team to understand the content and optimize it for better visual appeal.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.
If skilled in video creation, develop short videos, motion graphics, and video edits for marketing campaigns (Added Advantage).
Requirements:
Creativity Design Thinking: Ability to conceptualize unique and engaging visuals independently (VERY IMPORTANT).
Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or any other relevant design software.
UI/UX Design (Preferred): Basic knowledge of Figma/XD for web-based designs.
Ability to optimize graphics for different platforms (social media, web, print, etc.).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.
