Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote IT solutions and services to target markets.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Create engaging content for online and offline channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through outbound and inbound sales activities.
• Develop tailored proposals and quotes based on customer needs and product offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring that targets are met.
• Work closely with the IT development, product, and support teams to stay informed about new offerings and product updates.
