RUST Developer || Contractual Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a Rust Engineer to develop high-performance trading systems with a focus on low latency and consistency. The role involves building and optimizing data pipelines, order management, and risk systems using advanced techniques like lock-free programming and hardware-aware optimizations. Proficiency in Rust, C, C++, or Go and expertise in concurrent programming and microsecond-level performance tuning are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop trading systems across multiple data centers, with a focus on low latency and consistency.
• Design and implement robust, high-performance trading pipeline components, such as:
• Data ingestion, processing, and synchronization.
• Order management, execution, and risk systems.
• Build resilient market microstructure processing functions.
• Create efficient tracing and monitoring systems.
• Optimize tick-to-trade latencies across the system using techniques such as:
• Lock-free data structures.
• Memory pooling and zero-allocation patterns.
• SIMD vectorization.
• Hardware-conscious data layouts.

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in one of the following languages: Rust, C, C++, or Go, with demonstrated experience in Rust.
• Experience in building systems with high-performance requirements.
• Expertise in optimizing for microsecond-level performance using profiling tools.
• Strong background in concurrent and lock-free programming.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in building distributed systems with strong consistency requirements.
• Proficiency in zero-copy serialization and low-latency networking.
• Advanced Linux systems programming expertise.
• In-depth understanding of market microstructure and order book mechanics.
