Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Rust Developer to join our team. This is a highly technical role requiring expertise in Rust programming, system-level development, and deployment automation. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of backend and frontend development knowledge, along with proficiency in tools and technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, and Unix utilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-performance applications using the Rust programming language.

- Cross-compile Rust programs for architectures like WASM and must.

- Automate deployment and maintenance tasks using shell scripting and tools like Kubernetes and Docker.

- Use Unix command-line tools effectively for application monitoring and system maintenance.

- Configure and manage SSH, port forwarding, and secure connections to applications in clustered environments.

- Collaborate on Git repositories using command-line interfaces for version control.

- Develop or contribute to frontend applications using tools like React, Angular, Vue, or Yew (Rust).

Requirements :

Must-Have Skills :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Rust programming language.

- Proficiency in cross-compiling Rust for various architectures (e.g., WASM, musl).

- Practical experience working with Kubernetes and Docker, including command-line utilities.

- Strong scripting skills using Unix shell scripting and automation.

- In-depth understanding of Unix/Linux command-line tools, utilities, and system fundamentals.

- Hands-on experience with SSH, port forwarding, and securely accessing applications in restricted environments.

- Fluent in English, with strong communication and explanation skills.

- Proficiency with Git (including command-line usage).

- Basic experience with frontend development using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, or Yew (Rust)).

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with the Yew framework.

- Knowledge of Helm chart scripting.

- Familiarity with Jenkins pipelines.

- Expertise in compiling Rust with shared native libraries.

- Proficiency in a secondary compiled language like C/C++, particularly for interacting with Rust code.

- Knowledge of Ansible for configuration management.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Stable employment history (avoiding frequent job changes).

- Availability for early joining is highly preferred.
