The Product Owner bridges the gap between product strategy and development and delivers the best Customer Experience Assurance Platform possible. Working across cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that execute the company strategy.
Activities:
Manage the product lifecycle from product planning through development and delivery.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with the development team to plan and execute sprints effectively.
Facilitate daily stand-ups and provide regular updates on sprint progress.
Collaborate with PM and cross-functional teams to define, plan, and refine product vision and roadmap.
Create and maintain detailed product requirements in Aha! and Jira.
Incorporate market and customer feedback into product roadmaps and requirements.
Play an active role in mitigating impediments for the technical teams to accomplish committed goals.
Prepare comprehensive release notes summarizing new features and conduct product demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders
Grooming and refinement of work in progress through daily stand-ups
Communication with the development team, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and priorities.

Minimum Qualifications
Industry experience in agile product development, with an emphasis on achieving both - high ease of use and technical innovation . Domain Experience in Cloud Contact Center is must
Experience with being a product owner for application software developed for, and used by, business users
Experience in designing features to solve business problems and articulating functional and non-functional requirements
Experience translating functional requirements into well-crafted Epics and Stories
Experience delivering sprints using agile approaches that validate hypotheses, prove new technologies, and stepwise iteration
Solid technical background with understanding of software development processes and/or hands-on experience in software development
Understanding of modern Cloud Contact Ceneter (CCaaS) operations and technology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to apply precision questioning to achieve a business outcome
