About the Role:
The HR Specialist is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager - HR Business Partner in Gurgaon. You will serve as the sole HR representative for the Bangalore location, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit. You will lead various HR projects, playing a critical role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the organizations strategic goals through effective human resource management. Your responsibilities will encompass recruitment, employee lifecycle management, data analytics, and employee engagement.
Position Duties:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Provide on-the-ground support to the Gurgaon Talent Acquisition team for roles based in Bangalore.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee employee processes from onboarding to offboarding, including contract management and exit procedures.
- HR Record Data Analytics: Maintain up-to-date employee records to ensure data integrity; track and analyze key HR metrics, providing data-driven insights to inform HR strategies and decision-making.
- Learning and Development: Support the administration of learning and development programs by partnering with the L&D team. Assist in managing career development initiatives.
- Performance Management: Assist in the performance review process and partner with leaders to foster a high-performance culture.
- HR Initiatives and Projects: Provide support for various HR projects and initiatives.
- Contribute to improving HR policies, processes, and the overall employee experience.
- Employee Engagement and Retention: Conduct regular employee check-ins to gauge morale and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with leaders to identify at- risk employees and implement proactive retention strategies.

- 7- 10 years relevant experience, managing multiple HR tasks efficiently, collaborative with a strong growth mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and persuasive skills
- Familiar with working in the fast paced and performance driven cultural environment
- Ability to work under pressure, challenging working environment and tackle problems ina positive way
- Capable of handling a high level of responsibility and autonomy
- Outstanding communication (written & spoken) and presentation skills
- Proficiency in all MS Office tools
- Global mind set
- Experience working in global multinational companies with exposure to working with different cultures would be critical.
Educational credentials - MBA in HR preferred
