Key Responsibilities:

Interact with clients to understand their professional background, career aspirations, and requirements.
Write and design ATS-compatible resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles tailored to diverse industries.
Leverage your understanding of the recruitment and hiring landscape to craft impactful content.
Ensure content is clear, concise, and aligned with market trends and client goals.
Collaborate with the internal team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality documents.

Requirements:

Experience:
Prior experience in resume writing or creative writing is essential.
Knowledge of the recruitment industry is a strong advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to conduct detailed research on industry-specific terminology and trends.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and an ability to format resumes professionally.
