Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries via chat, email, social media, and phone calls. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, experienced in customer engagement, and well-versed in using ChatGPT, CRM software, and e-commerce platforms.

The primary responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers in selecting the perfect lighting products
• Driving conversions through personalized recommendations
• Providing order updates and clarifying company policies
• Ensuring a premium customer experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via live chat, email, social media, and phone calls
• Help customers select the best luxury lighting solutions based on their needs
• Convert inquiries into sales by providing expert guidance on products
• Provide accurate order updates, shipping details, and delivery timelines
• Clearly explain company policies on returns, warranties, and exchanges
• Utilize ChatGPT and AI tools to provide structured and informative responses
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and problem-solving skills
• Document customer interactions in CRM software for future reference
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve *customer concerns efficiently

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Prior experience in customer support, e-commerce, or sales is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions across different platforms
• Proficient in using customer support software, CRM tools, and ChatGPT
• Strong communication and sales-oriented approach to drive conversions
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems
• Willing to work the 3:00 PM 12:00 Midnight shift at our Kirti Nagar office
