Closemonitoringofprojects schedules

Ensuringtimelysupplycompletion, payment collection

Managingtechno-commercial changes

Dispatchco- ordination

Preparingprojectspecific reports

EnsuringontimeApprovalsfrom customers / consultants

EffectivelykeeptrackofContractu alobligations and meet within time frame

TakeownershipofRevenuegeneratio n and payment collections

EffectiveClaimManagement/Risk Mitigation
