Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.


- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, escalations, and resolution of issues.


- Collaborate with the sales, product, and technical teams to enhance customer experience.


- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by understanding customer needs and business objectives.


- Conduct regular check-ins and account reviews with customers to assess satisfaction and address concerns proactively.


- Create and implement strategies to optimize customer success processes and improve engagement.


- Work on customer feedback mechanisms and ensure continuous improvement in services.


- Assist clients in maximizing the value of company solutions through training and adoption strategies.


- Manage renewals and work towards reducing churn rates by addressing customer concerns promptly.


- Develop and maintain reports on customer interactions, engagement, and feedback.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


- 2 to 4 years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably in the IT Software International Market.


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.


- Proven track record of customer retention and account growth.


- Experience in handling customer escalations and providing prompt solutions.


- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


- Experience in using CRM tools and customer success platforms is a plus.


- A proactive approach with a customer-centric mindset.


- Quick learner with a keen interest in IT services and products.
