Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Calling a pre-prepared list of Vendor/Suppliers
• Explain processes, documentation requirements, and platform benefits.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and progress of each call.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain high levels of professionalism.

Requirements

• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills Ability to engage clients effectively over phone and email.
• Hindi Language is must.
• Strong Active Listening and Comprehension Skills Understanding customer requirements and concerns efficiently.

• Experience: 0-4 years- Freshers with good communication skills and Business Development/Customer Service is a plus.
