Your mission is to onboard and manage our academic customers worldwide. Ensure our academic users access software, training and support through our online systems.
Inspire academics with our Simulation and Data Analytics technologies and to help them discover the value of our offerings. and promote usage of Altair Software among Academics (Students, Professors, research scholars etc.)
What You Will Do:
Ensure our academic users access software, training and support online using a single sign-on Altair One account.
Manage and improve the process of user registration, and hence manage the user account with our inhouse CRM System.
Provide complete support to academic users for user registration, software, licensing and support access issues, through - online community, email and via customer support ticketing system (service now).
Find areas to automate and scale our processes to increase efficiency and reduce friction for our customers to access our software.
Create videos, training material, articles and marketing content that introduces, promotes and increases usage of Altair Software among academics worldwide.
What You Will Need:
Master s or bachelor s degree in any discipline, with project management experience or MBA with project management and operations knowledge and experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are an absolute must, IELTS 7.5 and above preferred, any similar score or demonstration of highest English communication skills is required.
Ability to collaborate with all levels of technical users and management, complete knowledge of Outlook and Teams or similar corporate communication systems.
Excellent presentation skills and Proficiency in Microsoft office Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
