Customer Relations Executive - Playaza - FEC

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests, providing a warm and engaging first impression.
• Guide visitors on available games, rides, and attractions, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience
• Address customer questions, resolve issues promptly, and manage any complaints with a professional approach.
• Collect and document customer feedback to contribute to service improvement.
• Promote Playazas memberships, packages, and promotions to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure safety and compliance with center guidelines across all interactions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and able to work in a dynamic, family-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple inquiries effectively.
