Customer Care Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• should have qualification at least HSC or Graduation.
• Good communication skills in English / Hindi. Addition language like Marathi / Gujarati or any other regional language will also be preferred.
• Should have experience working in Call centres for medical scheduling companies like Tata 1 mg , Pharmeasy, Healtians, Medibuddy , etc
• Daily target of conversion for fixing appointment will be 55 60.
• Should have basic computer knowledge
• Should be flexible in working both shift Morning 8am 4:30pm & Evening 12:30pm 9pm shift.
• Salary between 15k 17k depending upon their experience.
