Customer Care Executive Opportunity !!

GM Modular is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. As a Customer Care Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service by addressing customer queries, resolving service issues over calls and emails, and coordinating with electricians to provide timely solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the customer relationship.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes and workflows.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance to customers.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and share best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirement:

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues and provide solutions.
• Ability to think critically and respond to problems in a timely manner.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer interactions.
