Customer Care Executive
Work from office job.
Education: Graduates only.
Salary : 20,000 Rs + 4500Rs = total in hand will be 24500rs per month.
Experience Required : Freshers can apply.
Role & responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding Allen educational institute
and the help them understanding the courses offered by the Allen institute.
- Work 6 days a week with a rotational weekly off.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.
Location : Udyog vihar, Gurugram
Shifts : Day Shifts
One round of Video call interview.

Gurgaon Site 1 is very good, the cafeteria is very good, the culture on site 1 is also very good. Salery on time paid it's very good.

Site 2 is very bad The washrooms in Site 2 are very dirty and there is no cafeteria, no canteen and the workstation is also very bad And salary is also very low And there is very less space in site 2. There is a cafeteria and washroom near the workstation. The smell of the washroom comes outside.
