Role & responsibilities

As a Customer Center Associate for the German market, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, or issues through phone support. You will deliver accurate information, provide effective solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls in German professionally and efficiently.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with clarity and empathy.
• Offer detailed information about products and services.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and support.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication skills in German.
• C1 or C2 Level Certification in German language.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent listening skills to accurately understand customer needs.
• Patience and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
