Business Consultant

Responsibilities:

• As a Business Consultant, your role would be to identify and develop use cases that can be candidates for digital transformation and applied innovation using AI and Emerging Technologies.
• You will need to gather requirements from multiple stakeholders and design business solutions.
• You will need to determine the Business Value that initiatives will generate for the business.
• You will synergize the use cases and evolve them into a priority roadmap with stakeholders, and the product team.
• You will contribute to the product features determination and development with your business domain knowledge.
• You also need to liaise between internal business teams, technology teams, product teams, and Management.
• You also need to do market research for product fitment, and product integration in the customer ecosystem and help identify external products that can be leveraged directly in our product.
• You will need to help Business Analysts break down business requirements into product features.
• You will need to contribute in Data Strategy from multiple sources that will help in development of Product features.
• You will enrich and contribute to the domain knowledge center and business competency unit.

Requirements:

• Wide knowledge of the Commodity Trading business, groups, processes, etc. across different commodities like Crude Oil and Derivatives, Metals, Gas, and Power.
• Understanding of the outputs and outcomes of different stages of the Physical and Futures trade business.
• Broad knowledge in areas like Trade Setup, Trade Finance, Operations, Risk, P and L, Compliance, Legal, etc.
• Good understanding of the Data and Information that flows across different stages of the business.
• Expertise in identifying Business Functions that can undergo Transformation using technology.
• The penchant to explore the application of technology bringing innovation to business enabling higher efficiency and value.
• Any prior experience with Product / Platform Development is an advantage.
• Any prior experience with AI is an advantage.
