Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Strategy and Planning

- Develop and implement long-term and short-term operational strategies to align with CultYvate's growth objectives.

- Translate organizational goals into actionable plans, ensuring measurable results and adaptability to market dynamics.

- Conduct regular reviews of operational processes, identifying areas for cost optimization, quality improvement, and performance enhancement.

Process Design and Optimization:

- Design, document, and standardize operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce redundancies.

- Implement process improvement frameworks like Lean or Six Sigma to optimize productivity and minimize waste.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, R&D, and customer service) to integrate technology solutions such as IoT and AI into agricultural operations.

Team Leadership and Development:
