Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise across a variety of design disciplines. You are a fast learner, able to adapt quickly and train others, with the capability to handle multiple projects in a day. You ll be an integral part of our team, delivering high-quality designs for our clients while collaborating closely with colleagues to meet and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion, focusing on branding, social media, packaging, print, and optional video editing.
Follow a process-driven approach: understand the brief, create moodboards, adhere to design principles, and ensure the final output aligns with client expectations through grid-based reviews
Utilize AI tools to enhance design efficiency and innovation.
Create compelling logos that encapsulate brand identities.
Design engaging and impactful social media content.
Develop packaging and print materials that resonate with target audiences.
Train and mentor the team, ensuring the application of best practices across all projects.
Efficiently manage multiple projects each day without compromising on quality.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure design solutions meet their objectives.
Stay updated on design trends and techniques to continuously bring fresh ideas to the table.

What You Bring

5-7 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio in:
- Logo Design
- Social Media Design
- Packaging & Print Design
- Video Editing (optional but beneficial)
A minimum of 4 years of experience working in a digital media agency.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
AI proficiency in utilizing tools to streamline and innovate design processes.
Strong skills in typography, layout, and visual communication.
A fast learner, able to train team members and share knowledge effectively.
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Equipment Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A fully functional computer or laptop capable of handling multiple projects with at least 8 GB RAM and a high-performance graphic card.
The most recent versions of Adobe CC, AI, PSD, INDD, AEP, and .PRPROJ / .PREL installed.
A web camera for meetings, training, and professional development sessions.
Daily and unlimited access to a fast internet connection (minimum of 30 Mbps).
