Job Description
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will receive 3 days to 1 week of onboarding to get familiar with our processes, tools, and projects. This period is designed to ensure a smooth integration into our team and help you get up to speed quickly.

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer who is a quick learner, eager to follow the direction of senior designers, and proficient in using AI tools to enhance the design process. You should have strong listening skills and attention to detail, capable of turning creative ideas into polished deliverables. This role offers a great opportunity for long-term growth, where you ll work on multiple projects and learn from experienced designers.
- Assist senior designers by executing tasks based on the provided moodboards and guidelines.
- Apply design principles to create accurate, visually appealing deliverables.
- Utilize AI tools to streamline design processes and enhance creativity.
- Execute tasks across branding, social media, packaging, and print design.
- Work with Adobe Creative Suite, handling tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc., with proficiency (we expect you to know these; no training will be provided on Adobe tools).
- Manage time effectively, handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Actively learn from senior team members, embracing opportunities for skill development.
- 1-2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a digital media agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance design productivity and creativity.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, and color theory.
- Strong listening and execution skills able to follow detailed instructions from senior designers.
- Quick learning ability with a passion for design and long-term career development.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Interest in working in a remote environment while being an active and reliable team player
