ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Drive sales of IT consulting and services to large enterprise customers.
- Achieve sales targets of - 10-15 Cr annually.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing expectations and addressing concerns proactively.
3. Market Understanding:
- Leverage deep knowledge of the Indian market to identify business opportunities and position IT services effectively.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competition, and client needs.
4. Field Sales Excellence:
- Actively engage in fieldwork, meeting potential clients, and securing new business through door-to-door interactions and networking.
- Build connections with decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project transitions and delivery.
- Coordinate with pre-sales and delivery teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
6. Travel:
- Be 100% open to travel as required for client meetings and business development activities.
Key Requirements:
1. Proven expertise in selling IT consulting or services to large enterprises.
2. Preference for candidates with experience in the Indian IT services market.
3. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
4. Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting solutions to clients.
5. Stability in previous roles, showcasing a track record of consistent performance.
6. Highly flexible, adaptable, and committed to fieldwork and relationship-building.
7. Proficient in collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless delivery.
