Role & responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of plant operations, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and strategies.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve production targets, quality standards, and cost efficiency.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on lean manufacturing principles and 5S implementation.
• Spearhead the digitization of factory operations, transitioning to paperless workflows and ERP integration.
• Implement AI-driven tools and systems to enhance production efficiency and predictive maintenance.
• Foster innovation and adaptability among the workforce to embrace new technologies.
• Manage plant budgets, ensuring cost control and resource optimization.
• Oversee P&L performance, cash flow, and cost forecasting to support business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance profitability while maintaining operational excellence.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet production goals and market demands.
• Align operational strategies with corporate objectives, ensuring seamless collaboration with global teams.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve overall plant performance.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Proven experience in driving operational change, implementing ERP systems, and leading digitization initiatives.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI applications in manufacturing, including predictive maintenance and production optimization.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and factory automation.
• Solid knowledge of P&L management, budgeting, and cash flow optimization.
