Job Description
- Identifying new sales leads.
- Must have good experience in handling end to end lead part.
- Good experience in team handling.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- Must be familiar with portals like Upwork, freelancers, PPH, Guru etc.
- Strong communication and IT fluency.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.
- Proposal making, Requirement gathering, Requirement Analysis, Effort Estimation, Negotiation.
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
- Reach out to clients and project leaders in the course of work in order to identify and evaluate user and business requirements.
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
