To make job postings on various Job Portals creatives on Social Media To work on Contract, Permanent C2H (Contract to Hire) positions for US based clients
To be responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placements
To be responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements mapping the relevant targets
To work on validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status
To prepare various databases / reports of Clients, VMS resumes for upcoming/highly potential requirements Candidate Profile S/He should be ready to work in Night Shifts
S/He should have relevant experience in international Recruiting/Staffing/Consulting Business across USA.
S/He should be proficient at successful sourcing of candidates via Internet sources using BOOLEAN Search Strings and online resume database.
S/He should have deadline driven
Experience in Tax Terms - 1099/W2/ C2C/1099.
S/He should have worked on Contract, Contract to Hire , Permanent Remote positions.
S/He should be good Team player with Interpersonal, good verbal and oral communication skills in English.
Candidates having US Recruiting exp. into Aerospace / Aviation / Manufacturing Engineering Domain will be more preferred. Qualification: Any Graduate
