Inventory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:
• Track and update stock levels using inventory management systems.
• Conduct regular stock counts and physical verifications.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements (inward/outward).
2. Stock Control:
• Ensure stock is correctly labeled, stored, and organized.
• Identify and report discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
3. Documentation & Reporting:
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Assist in generating purchase orders based on stock requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation of goods received and issued.
4. Coordination:
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods.
• Work with warehouse staff to ensure proper handling and storage of items.
• Liaise with the sales and procurement teams to forecast stock requirements.
5. Quality Control:
• Inspect goods received for quality, quantity, and accuracy.
• Ensure damaged or defective items are reported and returned.
6. Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure inventory processes comply with company policies and safety standards.
• Follow proper handling procedures to prevent stock damage and loss.

Office Timings : 10 to 6.30 2 and 4th Saturday off
