Sr. Architectural Draughtsman

Job description

Job Role:

1. Knowledge of revenue documents i.e. 7/12 extract, Fer Far, POA, DA , PA, etc.

2. Liaison with city survey office, collector office for various work related to property card. Demarcation, etc.

3. Knowledge of PMC unified DCPR, and Liaison, with PMC/ PMRDA for obtaining zoning demarcation, LAQ opinions, layout and building plan approvals, plinth checking, occupancy/ completion certificates.

4. Co-ordinate and liaison with various PMC/PMRD department viz, Garden, drainage, water, fire, etc for obtaining NOCs.

5. Knowledge and understanding of submission municipal/ drawings, UDCPR and process of approvals at PMC/ PMRDA.

6. Candidate will be responsible for making and understanding of Auto cad drawings. Makes necessary calculations for drawing development.

AutoCAD knowledge with all basic computer skills must.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Finish and duplicate drawings and documentation packages, according to required mediums and specifications for reproduction, using blueprinting, photography, or other duplicating methods 4 to 7 years experience in CAD drafting for projects related to Buildings and Infrastructure, Irrigation, Bridges and Flyovers, Highways and Public Health Engineering.
• Draw maps, diagrams, and profiles, using cross-sections and surveys, to represent elevations, topographical contours, subsurface formations and structures.
• Correlate, interpret, and modify data obtained from topographical surveys, well logs, and geophysical prospecting reports.
• Visiting the local sites where our equipment is used and sorting out the problems.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in AutoCAD.
• Draft plans and detailed drawings for structures, installations, and construction projects such as highways, sewage disposal systems, and dikes, working from sketches or notes.
• Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from civil engineers to ensure that they conform to design concepts.
• Candidate will be responsible for preparation of drawings based on products manufactured by the company to suit the specific layout.
• Produce drawings using computer assisted drafting systems (CAD) or drafting machines or by hand using compasses, dividers, protractors, triangles and other drafting devices.
• Evaluate designs or specifications to ensure quality.
• Create graphical representations of civil structures.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred 4 to 7 years experience in Liaison Draftsman.

Prefer candidate who have good communication skill - English, Marathi, Hindi

SSC + HSC + Draftsmen or Diploma or Graduate OR Post Graduate in Civil / Architects
