We are hiring a Customer Service Executive / Back Office Support to join our Aftersales Team. This role involves resolving customer queries via phone, email, and chat, managing back-office tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer issues and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Manage back-office systems, perform QC, and load bookings.
• Build strong customer relationships through open communication.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer support or client services.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Cruise/Travel is a plus.
• Immediate availability preferred.
