Back Office Executive

We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Insurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while providing exceptional service to our clients during US and UK shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, renewals, and endorsements through calls, emails, and chats.
• Provide expert advice on insurance products, tailoring solutions to meet customer needs.
• Process claims, update records, and ensure policy documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance regulations and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address escalations or unique customer requirements when needed.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the insurance domain (customer service or underwriting preferred).
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the insurance sector.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English skills to engage with clients professionally and confidently.
• Independence: Ability to work effectively without constant supervision, demonstrating initiative and decision-making skills.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts (US) and early morning shifts (UK).
• Familiarity with insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Applied Systems) is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.
