Team Lead Fullstack Developer

• Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise-level applications.
  
• Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding them in the design and implementation of software solutions.
  
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance of applications through effective code reviews.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Backend, Frontend, UX/UI, etc, to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  
• Stay at the forefront of technology advancements by researching and implementing new trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• At least 8+ years of relevant experience in Fullstack technologies such as Python, Django, React, MySQL, AWS, Azure, etc
  
• Must have good hands-on experience in advanced concepts of Django, Flask, DRF, MySQL, DBMS, etc
  
• Strong understanding of SaaS application architectures, microservices, monolithic, and REST APIs.
  
• Experienced in front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript, React, Angular, etc
  
• Strong knowledge of Git, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, Containerised Deployments, CI/CD pipelines, etc
  
• Strong experience in AWS and Azure, etc, for Deployments, Storage, etc
  
• Strong knowledge of coding standards and non-functional aspects such as Security & Performance for any application.
  
• Having experience in JIRA, Agile methodologies, etc, for project management.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a focus on technical excellence.
