Overview:
Cronbay Technologies, a leading Digital Marketing agency based in Bangalore, is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with expertise in video editing and motion graphics to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for a variety of mediums, including social media posts and advertisements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and design creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing materials, websites, social media, and branding.
  • Collaborate with team members, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
  • Produce high-quality graphics while adhering to brand guidelines and project deadlines.
  • Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continually enhance the quality of work.
  • Prepare and present design drafts and concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role (1-2 years preferred).
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to feedback and iterate designs based on constructive criticism.
