The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, content strategy, and digital analytics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.

What the role entails Key accountabilities/ responsibilities
Lead Generation & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute strategies for lead generation through Paid Ads (Google Ads, social media, Display, etc.)
- Optimize conversion rates and drive revenue from digital ad campaigns
- Identify and implement strategies to increase organic revenue from the website
Paid Digital Advertising (Performance Marketing)
- Plan and manage PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI, CTR, and CPA
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies
Organic Growth & SEO Optimization
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic website traffic
- Work with content and technical teams to optimize website content and structure
- Conduct keyword research, backlinking strategies, and on-page SEO improvements
Content & Brand Visibility
- Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and marketing assets
- Plan and execute content marketing strategies to improve engagement and reach
- Leverage social media and influencer marketing to drive brand awareness
Digital Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad platforms
- Generate reports on traffic, lead conversions, revenue growth, and campaign effectiveness
- Continuously optimize strategies based on data insights
- Define metrics to measure the performance of medico marketing team and monitor these metrics
What we are looking for in you
- Proven track record in lead generation, paid ad campaigns, and revenue-driven strategies
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and campaign performance measurement
- Excellent understanding of content marketing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
