Role & responsibilities:

Inventory Management

• Responsible for Group end to end Inventory management.
• New SKU ranging and resolution within the stipulated time.
• Liaison with buyer for Open to Buy (OTB) calculation.
• Responsible for New SKUs DC and store buffer management.
• Responsible for New SKUs ECOM, DC buffer management.
• Planning & ensuring correct store inventory levels during promotional/festive period.
• Rationalization of inventory through inter DC transfers, DC returns and buffer revision.
• Preparing internal MIS reports for different category level.
• Making sure S&OP SKUs are ranged as per range gap in the stores.
• Responsible for setting buffer for festival preparation to maximise sale.

Margin enhancement initiatives

• Analysing performance of underperforming stores & executing special initiatives to turn around stores
• S&OP SKU selection Ranging & replenishment of new stores
• Responsible for new as well as existing store Fill rate

Improve Inventory performance management following principles of Theory of Constraints

• Maintaining product hierarchy as per TOC principle

Preferred candidate profile:

• MBA/ PGDM
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal
• Should have good knowledge of Ms-Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Inventory management & presentation skill.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
