MEP Engineer

• Responsible for implementing MEP works for corporate interior fit-out projects.
• To be able to understand and correlate the MEP GFC drawings with the BOQ. Maintain the Wos, Drawings, and BOQ at the site level for reference all the time
• Knowledge of MEP services such as PHE, FF, HVAC, FAPA, Security and Surveillance, Networking, etc, and the sequence of works.
• Continually review the contractors construction schedule during the progress of site works with regard to MEP services and report to the Project Manager on the same
• Managing project budget including risk allowance. monitor and control changes/variations.
• Review MEP contractors shop drawings in conjunction with the Structural and Architectural builts to ensure engineering coordination and bring up site issues to the Project Manager.
• Closely working with the manufacturers, product development team, and logistics team to ensure a high standard of Execution and Customer Experience
