Architect and Interior Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
• Meet with the client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and teams in order to address client's needs
• Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups, and renderings) for clients
• Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
• Holds behavioral attributes of Result oriented, Teamwork, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.
• Holds sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitches, Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers
• Must have Experience in Commercial & Residential Projects

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree 3 to 5years of experience in related field Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape 3D Max, V-Ray, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong creative and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to execute.
