Job Description

We are seeking a DevSecOps Lead Engineer to provide technical leadership and manage the deployment of secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across development, staging, and production environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines, ensure security compliance, and address client queries.

Key Responsibilities

Lead DevSecOps initiatives, ensuring smooth deployment processes and technical coordination.
Design and build cloud infrastructure for Dev, Staging, and Production environments.
Oversee the development of in-house CI/CD/CS pipelines and DevSecOps frameworks.
Implement automated security testing and vulnerability assessments.
Manage audits, compliance, and access control reviews.
Evaluate and integrate third-party tools to enhance security and operational efficiency.

Skills and Expertise

Strong understanding of security concepts and the Software Development Lifecycle.
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Terraform), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git).
Expertise in scripting (Python, Bash) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
Experience with Compliance as Code, incident response, and security analysis.
Proven ability to work with various data platforms.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Collaborative team player with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Self-directed with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
