Job Description
Role: Amazon Connect Developer
Exp: 5+ years
Key skills
- Working with leadership and key stakeholders to gather requirements and implement internal changes
- Ability to architect consumer-focused support experiences across numerous personas and lines-of-business
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deliverables at once while keeping tight and ever-changing deadlines
- Provide on-going support and system administration to quickly fix issues
- Deep knowledge of the AWS ecosystem, including Amazon Connect, S3, AWS Lambda, CloudWatch, and IAM.
- Strong development experience in building and maintaining enterprise integrations (i.e. via AWS Lambda, home-grown APIs, etc.).
- Experience with Salesforce; Administrator and Service Cloud certifications preferred.
