Objective of the Role:
To take the Sales + Pre-sales role within the team for Dynamics CRM (including 3rd party applications) and Power Platforms. The right person will provide effective communication with the new clients to get them on-board through quality knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and create sales plans
- Conduct discovery sessions with customers and prospects to understand their business needs and identify potential solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers and prospects on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including its features, functionality, and best practices
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product roadmap, competitive landscape, and industry trends
- Create and maintain sales collateral, including sales sheets, case studies, and white papers.
- Participate in sales calls, meetings, and presentations to provide technical expertise and support
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at customer and prospect organizations
- Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM releases, updates, and features
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Person Specification:
- 7+ years of experience in a pre-sales or consulting role, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including its features, functionality, and best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand customer business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
- Experience with sales methodologies, such as Solution Selling or Challenger Sales
- Strong knowledge of the CRM market, competitive landscape, and industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification is a plus
Nice to Have:
- Experience with other Microsoft products, such as Azure, Power Apps, or Power BI
- Knowledge of industry-specific solutions, such as Financial Services, HealthCare, Manufacturing, or Retail
- Experience with sales automation tools, such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or HubSpot
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools, such as Jira or ADO.
