Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SQL Server Developer with expertise in SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in database development, data integration, and reporting solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in
designing, implementing, and maintaining robust SQL Server solutions to support our business intelligence and reporting needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

Database Development:

Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL Server databases.
Write efficient and well-performing SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
Ensure data integrity, security, and performance of databases.

ETL Development (SSIS):

Develop and maintain ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
Design and implement data integration solutions to extract, transform, and load data from
various sources into the data warehouse.

Analysis Services (SSAS):

Design, develop, and maintain multidimensional and tabular models using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
Create and optimize MDX/DAX queries for efficient data retrieval.

Reporting Services (SSRS):

Design and develop interactive and visually appealing reports using SQL Server Reporting
Services (SSRS).
Create and maintain report subscriptions, data-driven subscriptions, and custom report
solutions.

Performance Optimization:

Identify and troubleshoot performance issues in SQL Server databases, SSIS packages, SSAS
cubes, and SSRS reports.
Implement performance-tuning strategies to enhance system efficiency.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams of Client to understand business requirements and
translate them into technical solutions.
Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Documentation:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for database design, ETL processes, and
reporting solutions.
Ensure that all developed solutions comply with organizational standards and best practices.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to SQL Server and BI development.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5-6 years of hands-on experience as a SQL Server Developer with expertise in SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.
Strong proficiency in database design, and optimization.
Proven experience in designing and implementing ETL processes using SSIS.
In-depth knowledge of multidimensional and tabular models using SSAS.
Expertise in creating interactive and visually appealing reports with SSRS.
Solid understanding of database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
