Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and local authorities to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop detailed project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform project decisions and designs.
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to engineering designs, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project team members and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in civil engineering project management, ideally 3+ years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and relevant software applications.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one within the appropriate timeframe is preferred.
