Work Timing: 10 .00 AM to 6:30 PM (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)

We are looking for a candidate form the Trading Company not from manufacturer.

Job Descriptions :

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing /Business Development.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing key customer relationships.
• The Sales will be responsible for implementing effective sales strategies to increase company market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive company growth and expand market presence.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive threats.
• Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales metrics and performance, preparing regular reports for upper management.
• Forecasting and Planning: Work with senior management to create accurate sales forecasts, set sales goals, and develop action plans to meet targets.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to customer acquisition and retention.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with key clients and close high-value deals, ensuring the best possible terms for the company.
• Sales Reporting: Regularly update management on sales pipeline, progress towards targets, and any issues or concerns that may impact performance.
• Experience: International trading - Chemical, experience with 5 - 6 years (specialization in chemicals)

• Age: 30-40 years (below & above is acceptable)

• Preferable activity: Experience sales / Chemical background
• Preferable Products: Polymer (PVC, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP, EVA) etc.
